Description:
Benzyl Propionate is a colourless liquid. Fruity sweet floral odour, overall
jasmine type, less sharp fruitier than Benzyl Acetate.
Applications:
Extensively used in perfumery.
Modifier for benzyl acetate in jasmine and in lesser degree in rose compositions.
Used in oriental fragrances.
Also used in flavour for imitation of apple, banana, grape etc.
