fruty-floral odor. Mainly fruity like plum.
Applications:
Extensively used in perfume compositions as a modifier-companion to benzyl acetate
and or benzyl propionate.
Frequently used in flavour compositions.
As a modifier for floral-fruity notes in acacia, geranium, muguet, rose, lily.
